About Lynea Bednarik

Steeped in knowledge of the Kamas Valley and having a passion for the youth of both the Kamas and Park City areas, Lynea has lived in Kamas for the past 13 years. She is energetic and hard working.  Her honesty and integrity are hallmarks of her performance. Her attentiveness makes her an agent who will listen to your needs and get the job done. Strong work ethic makes her the one you can trust to work hard and give attention to detail. Lynea is a great team player with a knack for resourcefulness and is a conscientious people person.

Lynea was born to a large family and raised in Utah. Her mom bought and sold many homes as a side job. Her family moved 17 times along the Wasatch Front in her years growing up.

Lynea, mother of two, her husband Dave, 2 German Shorthairs, and 20 chickens have made their Kamas Valley residence a beautiful and welcoming place for both family and friends. She spends a great deal of her free time working with wood, building furniture, and remodeling and upgrading her home. She also enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with her family and animals. Lynea has a special love for both Summit and Wasatch counties, the mountains they are nested in, and the lifestyle of the area.
