Mary Rozatti joins The Agency with a wealth of local knowledge, over 15 years of real estate experience, and a background in business. An Orange County native, Mary is a positive yet realistic resource for her clients, helping them see what is truly possible while leveraging quality marketing, nuanced market insight, and skilled negotiation. With her clients at the center of her work, she finds it to be an honor to help them build their personal wealth and help them attain one of life’s most important elements: a home.
Hailing from a real estate family and having a keen sense for investment and design, Mary found herself drawn to the world of real estate. She mentored under a top-producing lender and agent and quickly built a successful business. For Mary, there is nothing better than having a client’s offer accepted in competitive situations, and she enjoys assisting her clients to acquire special properties and take them to the next level. Using her skilled design eye, she stages her own listings, providing a white-glove level service for her clients and transforming properties to garner record-breaking sales prices.
Having owned small businesses, Mary learned how to market and cultivate a brand, skills that translate seamlessly to her real estate career. As a DJ, she supported herself through college and went on to work major events and festivals. These experiences allowed her to cultivate trustworthy, deep relationships with her clients—something she strives to achieve with all her real estate clients as well.
Mary graduated from CSU, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. After entrance to Loyola Law, she decided to continue running a small business while raising her family. A lifelong learner, she has now undertaken studies in a Master of Arts Program in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.
When she’s not assisting clients, she is fundraising for the arts, serving as a member of South Orange County’s chapter of the Surfrider Foundation, and enjoying the beach, dance, and Pilates. She is always seeking opportunities to mentor youth and give back as much as she can from her own lifelong experiences.
