Massimo Cossu brings over 20 years of experience handling VIP clients to The Agency Beverly Hills and a profound understanding of the unique demands of luxury clientele and concierge service. Partnering with Dominique Cristall and working closely with Aileen Comora and Paul Lester, Massimo enjoys attentively serving with clients from all walks of life with compassion, vision and a sense of humor. As a real estate agent and true people-person, Massimo considers it an honor to be a part of such an important chapter in his clients’ lives.

Italian born and raised, Massimo is from the beautiful island of Sardinia. He worked as the European Head of Operations for an Italian luxury beauty company, Rossano Ferretti Parma, and was relocated to Los Angeles nine years ago to lead their U.S. operations. Working with high-end clients in the beauty industry requires discretion and a thoughtful, white-glove approach, and Massimo brings this sensibility to real estate. Prior to beauty, he worked as a consultant for the Italian government in business development, facilitating operations for developers entering the Italian market. He has also taught English and Spanish, most notably to inmates at one of Italy’s maximum-security prisons, where he further honed his skills working with a diverse range of people and making authentic connections.

When he’s not supporting clients, Massimo loves to travel, explore new restaurants, and spend time with his little dog, Luigi.
