Meet Matt
Real Estate AgentMatt is proud to be a native Idahoan who was born in Boise, raised in Eagle, and now resides in the small town of Middleton. “My wife and I love it there because of the amazing community and gorgeous views,” says Matt. He has been actively selling real estate since 2015 and earned his Associate Broker License in 2017. In his nearly ten years of experience, he notes that the most valuable knowledge he’s gained is how to effectively traverse difficult scenarios in transactions.
Matt finds great fulfillment in focusing much of his efforts on new construction while still staying prevalent in resale as well. He goes on to say that “New homes and helping people through the process of building is a passion of mine. I excel in this position due to my work ethic that was instilled in me from when I was young. I still remember my Dad coming home after work and heading out for a couple more hours of work around the property. I use this along with many other lessons learned along the way on a daily basis.”
New construction has so many moving parts, it’s easy to get lost or overwhelmed. Matt is lauded for his attention to detail and ability to keep clients on track, organized, and in-the-know. He strives to be as helpful and informative as possible during the home buying, building and selling process.
Having built his own home and gone through the process of working with a builder from the client side, he has the knowledge and first-hand experience of the joys and challenges of building a new home, as well as buying or selling small acreage properties. Matt welcomes the opportunity to connect with new clients, learn about their present and future real estate plans, and discuss how he can add value to those goals.
