Meet Meg
Real Estate AgentPart of The Agency Pasadena, Meg Cerecedes specializes in helping buyers and sellers in the Glendale and La Cañada areas. Bilingual in English and Armenian, Meg provides skilled guidance for a diverse array of clients; whether they are searching for their first home, investing in a property or getting ready to sell, Meg’s patience, intuitive expertise and intricate knowledge of the region makes her an exemplary guide for every step of the process.
“I became an agent because I believe everyone should have a home to call their own,” says Meg. “I work to help my clients find a place where they can be together with their families and build a legacy. My role is to listen to my clients’ needs and help alleviate the anxiety that can surround the home buying process.”
Born abroad and raised in Glendale from a young age, Meg served as a head Language Arts teacher at a private school in La Cañada before pursuing a career in real estate. “My expertise in teaching actually made the transition into real estate quite smooth,” says Meg. “I am always multitasking and managing a wide range of details while remaining approachable, calm and making sure my clients feel heard and comfortable.”
When she isn’t supporting her clients or staying up-to-date on the current real estate market, Meg enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and multiple dogs and cats. “Animals and children seem to encircle me, so I’ve gotten the nickname ‘Snow White’ amongst family and friends,” says Meg. She also enjoys reading crime or mystery novels, watching horror movies, visiting with family and friends, supporting new local businesses, traveling (near or far) and
