About Melanie Goldberger

Melanie found her calling in the real estate business after a successful 20-year career in advertising sales at various magazines—such as Shape and Premiere magazines on the West Coast—and launching Maxim Magazine in New York City. Working in the fast-paced world of publishing, Melanie honed her ability to stay on top of important trends, negotiate effectively and stay cool under pressure, skills that translate perfectly into the real estate world.

A true Los Angeles native, Melanie was born and raised as the youngest of four children in the San Fernando Valley, where she attended Lanai Elementary and Birmingham High School. She attended the University of California at San Diego before her advertising career took her to the East Coast.

After giving birth to her son, Melanie and her husband returned to Los Angeles to be closer to family and friends, landing in Pacific Palisades. Melanie has been actively involved in the community for more than 19 years, playing paddle tennis at the Jonathan Club and coaching basketball and baseball for her children at Palisades Park and the YMCA.
