Growing up in the beach town of Dana Point, California, Melanie has always had a love of coastal communities. Her love for the Monterey Peninsula started with her undergraduate and graduate work at Hopkins Marine Station in Pacific Grove as a student at Stanford University. She and her husband were fortunate enough to be able to return to this beautiful area in 1985 and have lived here ever since. They raised their four daughters here and she has been involved in many community/school associations.
Representing both buyers and sellers, Melanie is known for her integrity, transparency and ability to exceed client expectations. Having lived in the same home until college, purchasing her first home was a stressful experience. She enjoys setting expectations and communicating throughout the process to make the complex transaction as simple as possible. With her intimate knowledge of Monterey County and its communities, she looks forward to representing sellers as well as welcoming new residents to the area.
