About Merridy Toepfer

A native of Tennessee, Merridy spent many years as a military spouse relocating all over the country before she made Michigan her home. She joined Sara Lipnitz & Associates as the Director of Operations/Realtor® 9 years ago. Along with her passion for real estate, she enjoys utilizing her customer service, marketing, and research skills to help her team best serve their clients.

Merridy raised two children in the Birmingham/Bloomfield area and shares a home with her husband in Birmingham. She enjoys traveling in her free time, especially during the Michigan winters!
