About Monica Yekani

Monica Yekani brings her passion for working with people, strong client relations background and unwavering professionalism to The Agency Calabasas. Serving buyers and sellers across the region, she taps into her creativity, investment experience, local knowledge and love of interior design.

 

Monica transferred to a career in real estate from the investment world, where she was the Vice President of Client Relations at Economics and Family, an L.A.-based, boutique investment firm with over $370 million in assets under management. Based on the experience she gained and the urgent real estate needs of the firm’s existing client base, Monica’s transition to the industry was a natural one. She brings an extensive network and existing client roster to The Agency team. Monica was drawn to the industry by a desire to make an impact on her clients’ lives by guiding them through the purchase of a home, which is likely among the largest personal and financial decisions they will make.

 

Monica also taps into her strong entrepreneurial spirit, having run her own health and fitness business, Get Fit with Monica, for nearly six years. Her prior experience includes public relations, marketing, sales and customer service, all skills that translate seamlessly to a career in real estate. In addition to being a licensed agent, Monica holds a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and integrative nutrition certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. When not touring real estate with her clients, she enjoys reading, exercising, sports, traveling and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
