About Nadia Leiva

Born and raised in Bogota in a French-Colombian family, Nadia (AKA Yaya) has always followed her passion for discovering new horizons and cultures.

Graduated from hospitality management in South of France, Nadia has split her work life between the luxury hospitality industry in Barcelona, Nice, and Monaco; the corporate world of facilities management in London and Paris and after obtaining her MBA in Paris, she joined the finance and Real Estate acquisitions team of a French-owned hotel group in South East Asia.

Love took her then to Puerto Rico, where she entered the field of luxury brands and retailers.

San Jose del Cabo won her heart in 2014, and since then, the small picturesque town is home to her family of four. When she’s not out connecting with nature or walking barefoot, you can find her whipping up a delicious dish or answering the question “why” for the eleventy-bajillionth time.

Nadia embodies a respectful, conscious, constructive, and energetic style cultured with a love for design, savoir vivre, and vision that embraces all aspects of a personalized level of service when helping a buyer or seller make the best investment.
