Originally hailing from Hamilton, Ontario, Nakita has called Dunnville home for over 11 years. Her diverse background, coupled with a fresh perspective, positions her as a valuable asset in the real estate industry. Nakita's introduction to real estate was through her husband, whose involvement in new construction further ignited her longtime passion for architecture and home design.

Having spent over a decade working at the courier company, Purolator, Nakita's career trajectory took her from the warehouse to a team lead position and eventually into the office as an Aircraft Load Planner. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensured billing requirements were always met with precision. However, her heart was drawn to a new career path aligned more closely with her lifelong interest in real estate.

Nakita's journey into real estate was catalyzed by The Agency’s Chris Costabile, who played a pivotal role in her transition. Interestingly, when he was a new agent, Nakita and her husband were Chris's first sale. This personal connection and positive experience inspired Nakita to pursue a career where she could channel her love for distinct home designs into helping others locate and obtain their dream homes.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Nakita cherishes her time spent with her family—her husband, four kids, and their loyal companion, Axle the dog. Their shared love for the outdoors translates into adventures involving ATVing, boating, camping and frequent visits to the racetrack. Nakita even embraces the thrill of racing herself, a testament to her adventurous spirit and willingness to step outside her comfort zone.
