About Nancy Stratton

Nancy and her husband Tom, moved to Victoria in 2013 and never looked back!  Married for 28 years, in Real Estate together for 17 of those years, and have been enjoying their Golden Retriever Finlay for 8! He’s the love of their life!

A lover of the outdoors, Nancy’s passions include gardening, golfing, and walking the many beaches of Victoria with Finlay. Watching him splash around the waves never gets old! Nancy and Tom also learned to sail just shortly after moving to Victoria, which was an unbelievable experience and they were able to spend 10 days sailing in the British Virgin Islands. This was something that will never be forgotten and hope to do another sailing trip again soon!

Nancy enjoys her mornings away from the office by sipping a cup of coffee with a good book in hand… for a few minutes. Her energetic personality keeps her moving so if she’s not puttering around the house (she’s an admitted neat freak), she’s walking up Bear Mountain with Finlay or planning a great dinner for her evening off with friends and family. Nancy also loves cooking and hopes to one day attend a cooking school in Italy. She prefers to cook at home and loves to show off her culinary skills with friends and family!
This past year has been new and exciting and change has never slowed Nancy down. From starting with opening a new office with her business partner Sophia and associate Rebecca Barritt, selling her home and moving downtown or even drastically changing her hairstyle!  Change can always be positive and Nancy is the first one to look for the positive in anything! But the biggest accomplishment for Nancy is working with these wonderful bright women and she looks forward to what the future holds.
