Born in Michigan and raised in South Florida, Nicholas was immersed in the world of real estate from the age of five, when he first remembers his parents (both realtors) setting up open houses. Later, he began helping out in their office after school, before launching a real estate career of his own.

In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys exploring Florida’s beaches, exercising and playing the drums—a hobby since childhood.
