About Nicky Fleming

A member of The Agency Orange County, Nicky Fleming is known for her natural ability to connect with others, her accessibility to clients and extensive first-hand knowledge of the local real estate market. Nicky specializes in guiding home buyers, sellers and property investors through the Newport Beach and Costa Mesa real estate landscape.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Nicky worked in the family business founded by her father, Fleming Yachts, where she helped show, sell and manage yachts of all sizes. Later, following her love for psychology and desire to help others, Nicky opened her own hypnotherapy office.

Born in Hong Kong and schooled in England, Nicky brings a uniquely sophisticated, international perspective to every new transaction. Nicky received her diploma in Hotel Management from Bath Technical College, in the United Kingdom and later went on to get her Master’s Degree in Psychology in the U.S.

In her free time, Nicky helps teach English to citizenship candidates, contributes to local cat rescue organizations and volunteers with Someone Cares kitchen in Costa Mesa. Nicky also loves traveling, reading, doing puzzles and spending time with her partner and two daughters.
