About Nicole Ferland

Nicole Ferland is a real estate professional who recently joined The Agency's Alamo office, where she serves clients in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties, with a focus on Alamo, Danville, Lafayette and Walnut Creek. Born and raised in San Francisco, Nicole attended St. Mary's College of Moraga, where she began her life in the East Bay areas of San Ramon, Danville and Alamo.

Prior to her real estate career, Nicole spent most of her life as a stay-at-home mom raising her two children. She also owned a cupcake bakery, Belle's Cupcakes, for ten years and developed a stellar reputation for making events special with her little treats.

With a lifelong exposure to real estate through her father's brokerage and her husband's career as a real estate agent in the East Bay for 34 years it was no surprise that Nicole has chosen to pursue a career in real estate. Her specialized knowledge of the Alamo community, where she has lived and nurtured relationships for the past 20 years, is a significant advantage for her clients.

As an agent, Nicole's biggest strengths and best qualities include her attention to detail, dedication to customer service, and passion for making people happy. She strives to transfer the same special feeling that her cupcakes gave to her real estate clients, making their buying and selling experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

When not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Rene', son Justin, and daughter Isabella. She also loves baking and donates her goods to local schools for special events. Nicole is excited to be a part of The Agency and looks forward to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.
