Born and raised in The Valley, Nicole has an in-depth understanding of its unique regions and offerings—knowledge she readily taps into to help guide buyers, investors and sellers as they make significant life decisions. After graduating from Louisville High School, Nicole attended Mount Saint Mary’s University.

During her two decades in the real estate industry, Nicole worked in the reverse mortgage realm for 10 years, where she honed her skill for managing complex real estate transactions. She also served as Senior VP of Sales for an appraisal management company and as a service advisor for BMW and Volvo dealerships for seven years.

When she isn’t serving clients, Nicole can be found getting in her daily workout at the local gym her daughter owns, and spending time with her husband Dennis and their three kids, Milan, Hunter and Tanner—and their pitbull, Parker.
