Niko is a diligent and committed professional, always on the clock and ready to serve. Whether guiding a first-time homebuyer or a major corporate client, Niko takes pride in his ability to think outside the box, recognizing that no two transactions are identical. With a strong focus on organization and attention to detail, Niko is dedicated to ensuring that the process of buying or selling a property is a seamless and stress-free experience. His experience extends beyond residential properties to include a diverse range of commercial spaces, such as restaurants, office buildings, horse property and even a school. This broad scope of expertise provides him with a unique and well-rounded perspective.

Niko's passion for representing clients stems from his upbringing, where it became second nature to him. At the earliest age possible (18), he obtained his Pennsylvania real estate license and began completing deals alongside his father, uncle, and grandfather, all of whom are esteemed Realtors®. After several successful years representing both residential and commercial clients in central Pennsylvania moved west shortly after university.

When he's not busy showing properties, Niko can be found enjoying the beach, hiking, or indulging in the latest Netflix documentaries.
