Nolla has always had a passion for real estate, but more importantly she really enjoys helping people. The fact that these two interests can merge to create such a fantastic and fulfilling career is a bonus. Buying or selling a home is a very personal process and she is delighted that her clients continue to choose her to help lead them through it. She is always honoured to be given the opportunity to create positive experiences for her clients during such an exciting (and potentially stressful!) time in their lives.

Before real estate, Nolla spent several years working as a physiotherapist so she knows the importance of client-centred service, listening to the needs and wants of her clients and building trust through open communication to achieve successful outcomes. These skills have been a perfect compliment to her career in real estate. Nolla is known for being personable, thorough and professional in all her interactions with clients and colleagues alike. She is a Certified Negotiator and believes in the power of collaboration to achieve the very best outcomes for her clients. Her willingness to work hard, her organizational skills, dependability, clear communication strategies and positive attitude makes Nolla someone you will truly enjoy working with!

Growing up in Ottawa, Nolla trained extensively as a dancer which provided many amazing opportunities for work and travel and, despite moving out of the area for a decade, Ottawa was always where she planned to settle down and have a family. Currently, she lives in the west end of Ottawa with her husband, her two kids and fur baby Bentley. When she’s not working or busy being “mom”, she continues to explore her love of the arts and can be found from time to time taking a local dance class or on stage singing and dancing in a community theatre production.
