Born and raised in the Bay Area, Paul is accredited in many specialties and familiar with a range of price points and home styles, from condominiums to multi-million dollar estates. A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, he is adept at monitoring market trends and quickly adapting to ensure he provides his clients with the best possible representation in a dynamic market. Knowledgeable in construction and project management, Paul effectively communicate with sellers, coordinating bids and upgrades to prepare a home to show in its best possible light. He also enjoys assuming an active role when working with his team of professional photographers to capture images that truly reflect the special characteristics of the homes he represents. Over the years, Paul and Dana have amassed an extensive network of the most talented and dedicated real estate specialists in the Bay Area—from mortgage brokers, engineers, and contractors to photographers, stagers and designers—whom they can call on a moment’s notice.

 

A graduate of California State University Hayward, Paul was raised in Oakland and works diligently in his professional and personal life to maintain the values that draw homeowners to the Diablo Valley. As longtime residents of the area, Paul and Dana keep their fingers on the pulse of the events that shape the business, social and economic opportunities in their community. Paul currently resides in Alamo with Dana and their Golden Retrievers, Niki and Anni. When he’s not representing clients in real estate, he enjoys expedition travel, digital photography, hiking with his dogs, spending time at his second home in Lake Tahoe, and entertaining clients and friends.
