Paul grew up in the New York suburbs and was a New York City resident for almost a decade. After moving with his young family to Paulus Hook as a first time homebuyer, he decided to assist people with making the biggest investment they will ever make - buying a home. Having recently gone through the process himself, Paul knows how stressful and frustrating the process can be. His goal is to make it as smooth as possible. After graduating college, Paul worked as a licensed stockbroker, working with people to help achieve their investment goals. From there, he worked as a top producing sales executive in the telecommunications industry. At RCN Telecommunications, Paul worked with some of the largest residential building management companies in Manhattan, such as Glenwood Management, Related Management, Rockrose and TF Cornerstone. There he learned the importance of providing exemplary customer service and how important it is to be responsive and face challenges head on. Most recently, Paul worked in the financial services industry, negotiating and implementing enterprise software solutions with multi-billion dollar hedge funds.

 

Tired of working for someone else, Paul took the ultimate entrepreneurial jump into real estate, driven by helping others achieve their real estate goals. Formally trained in consultative selling, he realizes the importance of listening intently before recommending options. With his low pressure and supportive sales style, Paul has gained a loyal following within Hudson County, which has led to 75% of his business being past client referrals.

 

In his spare time, Paul loves to spend his free time with his wife and children, golfing, horology and supporting NY sports teams.
