Originally from Toronto, Canada, Penelope began her real estate career in New York City in 2000, specializing in the sales and marketing of new development condominiums. As sales manager for some of the most successful new developments on the Brooklyn waterfront, Penelope achieved record-breaking prices for the area and assisted in over $500 million in sales. On top of her real estate career, she founded a children’s clothing boutique in Williamsburg, which she still owns and operates today.

When she’s not showing listings and negotiating on behalf of clients, Penelope enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.  Penelope speaks fluent French and Greek and holds a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Toronto.
