I see the competitive advantage that continued education provides and as such I’ve obtained my real estate brokers license as well as my Facility Management Administrator (FMA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute. My education paired with my passion for customer service have allowed me to become an esteemed broker, highly regarded by clients and professionals in the field.

 

Over the last decade I’ve gained invaluable experience supporting clients with the purchase and sale of condominium, single purpose residential and multi residential properties. These particular markets have strengthened my ability to conduct thorough financial analysis, anticipate benefits and problem areas, suggest alternative solutions, negotiate contracts and keep thorough and open lines of communication with all parties involved.

 

My passion in real estate is both professional and personal. Over the last decade I’ve acquired my own real estate investments and seen tremendous success in acquiring, renovating, holding, managing and selling real estate. These experiences have allowed me to remain competitive and anticipate my clients needs. I am a current Findlay Creek resident and father of two.
