About Pooyan Tasdighi

Pooyan Tasdighi joins The Agency Vancouver as a co-founder of the Vanclose Team, working alongside Amin Meysami. The Vanclose Team are the number-one selling agents in Forest Hills and Canyon Heights since January 2020, and they are among the top five agents in Edgemont Village, Forest Hills, and Canyon Heights since 2019.

 

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economy in 2005, Pooyan embarked on his successful real estate career, specializing in working with home sellers, investors, developers, and international buyers. With a solid background as a developer in the past, Pooyan possesses strong communication skills and a keen ability to understand and address the challenges that arise in real estate transactions, resulting in outstanding results for his clients.

 

Pooyan is known for his focused and sharp approach to real estate negotiations, thriving even under pressure. His perspective and confidence in any situation ensure smooth navigation through every transaction. With his sophisticated negotiation skills, Pooyan has successfully negotiated and sold over 500 homes in Vancouver and the North Shore, helping his clients achieve optimal result.

 

In addition to his professional achievements, Pooyan resides with his family in the Canyon Heights neighborhood in North Vancouver. As an avid automotive enthusiast, he indulges his love for cars and motorcycles in his free time, from tinkering with engines to hitting the open road on two wheels.
