About Ray Jeffers

Ray Jeffers’ love of real estate blossomed early, and flourished fast. After landing a part-time position in a prominent local brokerage as a high schooler, Ray quickly learned the ins and outs of the industry and became a trusted resource for colleagues and clients—all before becoming an agent herself. Ray comes to The Agency in Waterloo Region with a comprehensive understanding of the various technical details involved in every successful real estate transaction. She is known for her exceptional work ethic and unwavering professionalism.

A lifelong resident of Cambridge, Ray’s regional market expertise also encompasses Kitchener, Waterloo and Baden. She is particularly passionate about helping first-time homebuyers navigate the intricacies of the process which is often very emotional.

Outside of real estate, Ray is passionate about health and wellness, regularly making time to practice yoga and study naturopathy. Off the mat, Ray can be found taking long walks and scenic mountain hikes with her dalmatian, Delilah.
