A multi-million-dollar producer in transactions, he represents clients from the Hollywood Hills to Westlake Village. Rishi works with Los Angeles’ high net-worth clientele, garnering a reputation for negotiating lucrative deals for his buyers, sellers, developers and investors.

Having lived in Los Angeles for over two decades, Rishi has a keen understanding of the unique differences and lifestyles of each neighborhood in Los Angeles. Cognizant of the nuance and precision needed to handle every transaction, he treats all his clients with the utmost care and attention. Rishi joined The Agency at its beginning and is considered an OG of the company. He started his real estate career as a mentee of Blair Chang, a Founder of The Agency. Over the years, he has honed his knowledge and skills in negotiating, marketing, and deal making. Rishi is widely known in the industry for his honesty, dependability, and professionalism.

Originally from Seattle, Rishi graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His life outside of real estate consists of spending time with his family, friends and dog, or you can find him on the golf course. Rishi is a huge sports fan and an avid world traveler, who loves exploring new cities and their local cuisines. He also donates his time to local animal rescues and is an advocate for children in India.
