Ron Clem is a highly experienced and enthusiastic Associate Broker, whose passion for people, life and real estate make him the ultimate partner in achieving your unique goals.

With a background in construction and finance, Ron is a skilled negotiator and a master of contracts who seamlessly navigates his clients through the entire transaction, from start to finish. What sets Ron apart is his keen focus on understanding his clients’ exact needs. Ron is his clients’ biggest advocate and acts as a sounding board for their concerns and all the additional emotions that come with buying/selling a home.

Ron was born and raised in Metro Detroit and currently resides in Royal Oak. He has intimate knowledge of the areas most sought-after communities. He loves introducing newcomers to his favorite hot spots and showing them why this area is so special.

In addition to being an Associate Broker, Ron holds several distinguishable real estate designations including his GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®), and SRF (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource).

In his free time, Ron loves meditating, working out, camping, fishing, hiking, biking, roller blading, and spending time with his son and girlfriend. He is a classic car enthusiast and loves to drive his 71’ Monte Carlo down Woodward on warm summer nights.
