About Sabrina Hoy

A native of Frederick, Sabrina has witnessed the tremendous growth in the county, vibrant boost in the city and historic downtown and is excited to help buyers and sellers with a successful real estate transaction. Having a degree in Business Management, and as a former lead and supervisor for the Maryland Judiciary, Sabrina has a vast knowledge of land and property transactions and fiscal accounts and expenses. With integrity and professionalism, she has helped those in the community as they navigate through significant life events.

In 2015, Sabrina stepped out on faith and obtained her real estate license. Embarking on a career in real estate, she has guided family, friends and those referred to her with transactions consisting of buying, selling, and investments, throughout Frederick, Montgomery, Prince Georges and Washington Counties. A highlight of her real estate career was having the honor of assisting her daughter with her first home purchase! She also helped her brother in-law, a Veteran, purchase his dream home. Sabrina is honest, professional and will work diligently with both buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs.
