About Sammi Moser-Wingo

Part of The Agency Los Gatos, Sammi Moser-Wingo brings a lifetime of real estate industry awareness and the highest level of client service to her role as a broker and a member of The Moser Team. While her expertise reaches across the region, Sammi specializes in Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Campbell, Saratoga as well as Woodside, Portola Valley and Atherton.

Raised amongst a family of real estate professionals, Sammi has a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of the marketplace. Her father and member of The Moser Team, Don, is a respected industry veteran, and her grandmother, Midge Moser was a broker for Little Village Realty for over 30 years. Equipped with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Sammi is a talented creative thinker who offers forward-thinking, results-driven strategies as well as clear, consistent communication.

Knowledgeable, patient and insightful, Sammi works to both guide and educate her clients on the market as she works to achieve their real estate goals and make the best decisions for their families and futures.

After graduating college in 2012, Sammi joined her father and grandmother in the industry, becoming the third generation of realtors in the family. Prior to joining The Agency, Sammi served as the Marketing Manager at her family’s DWM Properties Inc., a trusted, full-service property management firm that has served the Los Gatos, Santa Clara and San Mateo regions since 1989.

“I understand the process and the many stressors that come along with selling and purchasing a home,” says Sammi. “I make it my priority to explain everything in a way that provides understanding and comfort to my clients. Communication is key, and I work hard to be available to answer all my clients’ questions and provide the most thoughtful support possible.”

In her spare time, Sammi can be found embracing a range of outdoor activities—she enjoys hiking, riding her horse, walking her dog and just spending time with friends and family. Traveling is also a true passion, she very much enjoys getting to meet new people from all over the world. Sammi is also honing her DIY skills, having recently purchased a home in Los Gatos.
