About Sharla Chador

An avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, Sharla Chador channels her love of the backcountry into her role as a real estate professional.

What began​ in the early 2000s with ​​weekends spent visiting the family vacation home in Lake Tahoe with her husband and their three daughters, quickly led to a move and a permanent home here. Over a decade later they are still just as in love with the gorgeous ​topography and lifestyle as they were then. A mountain woman at heart, Sharla grew up in Utah and attended the University of Utah. With its easy access to a multitude of outdoor pursuits, the Tahoe lifestyle became an ideal fit for Sharla and her family.

Having raised a family in Tahoe, Sharla understands the unique characteristics that make Truckee and Lake Tahoe living so appealing, and she loves sharing them with her clients. Sharla is most at home in the mountains and she is passionate about introducing others to this lifestyle.

Always pursuing the next adventure and never one to shy away from a challenge, Sharla's most recent experience included thru-hiking the stunning John Muir Trail!
