About Shondell Patterson

Shondell has been working as a realtor for 15 years. Hitting the ground running, Shondell started off as Rookie of the Year in 2002 and never looked back. Shondell has a track record of success, even in the most trying economic times. As her clients will attest, this is a result of her total commitment to each client's satisfaction.

As a respected member of the Hall & Hunter team, Shondell worked as the President of the Relocation Department from 2009-2011, before she returned to her true love - working directly with clients selling and buying homes. As an expert in the field of relocation, Shondell knows there is more to the experience of selling or buying a home than just the transaction itself. Buying or selling a home is a process and a transition, not just a transaction. She orchestrates all details of a transaction, from beginning to close. Whether you are moving into or out of the country or just down the street, no detail will escape her attention as she works to give you the most positive real estate experience.

Shondell is active in the community. Presently, she is on the Board of Christ Child Society, acting as immediate Past President and past National CCS Board member. In addition, she is on the Indiana University Alumni Board of Southeast Michigan Chapter, where she sits as a proud Hoosier Alum.

Shondell and her husband Scott have been married for 26 years and have three daughters.
