She speaks Portuguese, French and English fluently, and connects easily with an international clientele.

With a passion for pet-friendly properties and homes with outdoor spaces, Sílvia is very thorough and detail-oriented, and a highly-skilled negotiator with a flair for numbers and eye for value.

Born and raised in Chiado, Lisboa, Sílvia has lived in many wonderful places including Angola and Namibia. She has also lived in the countryside of Santarém, where she renovated and restored a 1950's family house.

Sílvia holds a Bachelor of Psychology of organizations and a postgraduate HR and Business Administration. She also attended medical school. She started her career in Lisbon with the executive direction of a global medical clinics enterprise in Lisbon and the region, which later extended to the Algarve. Later, she worked in business development and teams assessment for international companies in the banking and oil sectors.
