About Sonia Cabrera

Sonia Cabrera brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience with her to The Agency Calabasas, where she has been serving clients in the areas of Sherman Oaks, Studio City, San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley for more than 16 years.

Having grown up in the San Fernando Valley, Sonia raised her two daughters in Santa Clarita Valley and now resides in Woodland Hills. These first-hand experiences have equipped Sonia with a deep understanding of the San Fernando market which has allowed her to connect with her clients—which include first-time buyers, investors and those looking to relocate—on a personal level.

Sonia’s accomplishments in the industry speak for themselves. In 2022 she was listed as the Top 8 agent at Coldwell Banker, a brokerage of over 170 agents. She has been named in the top 10 agents multiple times in the past 10 years, is bilingual in Spanish, has a 98% client retention rate and is a published author of the industry book “All About Real Estate.” Having previously worked as a case manager for foster kids, Sonia honed her communication and empathy skills, which she uses in real estate on a daily basis to anticipate her client’s needs and be a true partner throughout the buying and selling process.

“I think it really makes a difference when you love what you do. And that’s the case for me,” says Sonia. “One of the biggest satisfactions in my job is knowing that my clients are happy with my service. My clients often become my friends, and when they refer me to their networks, I take that as the ultimate honor.”

Outside of real estate, Sonia spends her time traveling to new cities, wine tasting and relaxing at the beach. She also regularly gives back to the community, donating clothing or time to The Women’s Domestic Violence center, where she has spoken at multiple times. As a self-proclaimed foodie, there’s nothing she enjoys more than spending time with her two daughters who regularly visit.
