About Stephanie Dunn

After an impressive first year where she surpassed $5M in sales, Stephanie Dunn joins The Agency La Jolla ready to take on new challenges and deftly guide her clients in achieving their real estate goals in beautiful San Diego. Having grown up in Northern California, Stephanie moved to Southern California 7 years ago and greatly enjoys helping her clients buy and sell homes across the plethora of scenic neighborhoods that the region has to offer.

A former dental assistant, Stephanie has always enjoyed working with others, earning their trust and helping them feel safe. In her former medical profession, she even extended her schooling, earning more degrees than her colleagues, so that she could work more closely with patients and dentists alike. In this role, Stephanie learned not only to anticipate her patients’ needs but how to communicate clearly and professionally in tough situations. Stephanie prides herself on being available, transparent and honest—no matter how complex the conversation may be. Her love of real estate takes full flight when she sees her clients close on their dream home and receive the keys.

When she’s not representing clients, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies, watching movies, lounging at the beach and enjoying all that San Diego has to offer. She is a major animal lover, and regularly volunteers at the local animal shelter, The Animal Pad, in La Mesa. Stephanie is also a proud supporter of the places that helped her grow into the person she is today—Klove, Christian Station and her church.
