Steven’s real estate mission includes helping seniors and their families navigate the maze of financial, legal, and emotional issues that accompany the sale of the home to transition to an assisted living community. As a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), he draws upon the expertise of a network of senior specialists, such as estate planners, CPAs, elder law attorneys assisted living managers and is familiar with local community resources and senior services. His no-pressure approach to real estate transactions prioritizes making clients feel comfortable with the complex selling process and recognizing that the senior’s home carries a rich history full of memories of the lives they have lived there. Additionally, Steven's focus is to empower families with more options and resources, and by educating adult children, he aims to improve the quality of life for older adults and allow them to age with dignity.

Although Steven is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, he is more than capable of delivering 5-Star Service to all generations and ages.

In addition to his own achievements and sterling reputation throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Northeastern L.A., Steven is continually guided by the advice he received from his grandfather, a real estate broker with more than 30 years of experience. “My grandfather sold properties to generations of families—they came back to him repeatedly because they knew he looked out for their best interest. He treated clients like friends and family members. When I started my career in real estate, he sat me down and gave me the best career advice any real estate professional can ever get. He said ‘Take the time to listen to people, look out for their best interest above your own and earn their trust.’”
