About Susie Kanichis

Part of The Agency York Region, Susie Kanichis leads her clients with care and compassion, specializing in serving first-time buyers in addition to sellers and investors throughout York Region, King City, Schomberg, Nobleton, Kleinburg, Aurora, Newmarket and beyond.

Raised in Mississauga, Susie received her Marketing Diploma, before moving to Schomberg 15 years ago and has devoted a great deal of time getting to know her community and building strong relationships.

A longtime business owner herself and client relations professional, Susie has honed her natural talent for connecting with new clients and helping them feel comfortable, confident and supported in their real estate journey. Known for being a patient, active listener, Susie also approaches every transaction with strong, client-success-focused negotiating skills.

A busy mom to three young girls, in her (rare) free time, Susie can be found with her family, traveling and exploring architecture and design.
