About Taylor Brimley

Taylor Brimley brings more than a decade of real estate industry experience to his role at The Agency Oakville. Highly knowledgeable in land development and custom-built homes, Taylor serves buyers, sellers and investors throughout the Burlington, Oakville and surrounding areas.

 

An award-winning, accomplished agent, Taylor attained his CLHMS designation; a production-based industry acknowledgment granted to proven professionals within the luxury home market niche. He is also certified as a Luxury Home Market Specialist (CLHMS) by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHMS).

 

Taylor works diligently to identify, guide and help close beneficial deals for his clients. “From selling a home for the best possible price to leading negotiations, my goal is always to get a great deal for my clients,” says Taylor. “In this quickly evolving real estate market, it’s vital that agents know when to make a move and how to position clients for a smart purchase, sale or investment.”

 

Prior to becoming a realtor, Taylor served as a property manager and investor, where he was entrusted with overseeing a multimillion-dollar portfolio. Both roles further honed Taylor’s skills and ability to work well with different types of clients with varying needs and goals—ranging from investors and entrepreneurs to tenants and contractors.

 

In Taylor's free time, he enjoys playing hockey, golf, working out at the gym and attending real estate-related events to expand his knowledge.
