Tessa Johnson brings over 25 years of real estate experience, extensive local knowledge and a fine-tuned designer’s eye to her work at The Agency Beverly Hills.  As a real estate agent and interior designer, Tessa offers a rare blend of market expertise and design process as she guides her clients throughout Malibu, the Westside and San Fernando Valley.

Tessa has a knack for putting herself in her clients’ shoes and listening to their needs to find their ideal property. She uses her talents and experience as an interior designer to guide sellers as they prepare their homes for sale. Tessa then walks her clients through every aspect of the transaction, negotiating expertly on their behalf. Much of her clientele comes from repeat and referral business, while her utmost care and discretion have served high-profile clients, including celebrities, musicians and entertainers.

A consistent top-producing agent, with over $400 million in career sales, Tessa has earned many accolades and awards throughout her career, including Real Trends 2021 / 2022 1.5% Individual Agents by Sales Volume in the US. As well as Los Angeles Magazine All-Stars for 2022.

Raised in one of the most well-known homes in Montecito, Tessa found a passion and appreciation for Southern California architecture at an early age. Living for over three decades in the area and having raised two very successful young men here, Tessa calls Los Angeles home. Her career experience includes founding her own interior design firm, Las Tejas Designs, as well as sales, marketing and the performing arts—all experiences that contributed to her broad knowledge and unique skill set.
