About Thomas Beeson

A lifelong British Columbia resident with a keen eye for marketing new developments, Thomas Beeson joins The Agency Vancouver with impressive local knowledge and a sales record to match. He primarily serves the Lower Mainland, focusing on North Vancouver and Downtown, where he has helped numerous clients achieve their real estate goals and earned admission to the MLS Medallion Club based on his 2019 and 2020 sales volume.

 

Thomas was born and raised in Salmon Arm and has lived in Vancouver for over a decade. He credits his earlier experience in the service industry for his creative problem-solving and mastery of multitasking, two skills that have been invaluable to his success as a broker. Thomas pursued real estate six years ago at the insistence of a customer and friend, who worked as a mortgage broker and whose faith in Thomas was so strong that he even financed his education and licensing. Today, Thomas is grateful to have established a motivating and meaningful career advising clients with a direct, no-nonsense approach and influencing developers to build sustainable properties that meet the long-term needs of the community.

 

To help bridge the gap between affordable housing supply and demand, Thomas and his team look forward to establishing a charity to help address the needs of the market. In his time outside of real estate, Thomas is a movie buff and animal lover.
