About Tina Goldrick

Dedicated, enthusiastic and a formidable negotiator, Tina brings more than a decade of award-winning service and a stellar sales record to her role as the Managing Director of The Agency in Waterloo Region’s beautiful Baden office. A Cambridge native known for her astute problem-solving skills and bright, engaging personality, Tina’s in-depth regional market expertise also encompasses Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and Baden.

Throughout her years as an agent, Tina has earned numerous honors for top sales and designations for high productivity, including the RE/MAX Platinum Club and Hall of Fame awards. Tina also enjoys strong referral business from her many delighted past clients. Prior to real estate, Tina worked in corporate management, a fast-paced career that honed her natural talents for connecting, collaborating and expertly serving a range of personalities.

“My passion has always been people,” says Tina. “I love meeting new clients and getting to know them. Every sale has a story behind it. And whether I’m helping someone buy their first home, positioning a family home to sell or spearheading negotiations, I always put the needs and interest of my clients first. I am their advocate.”

In her free time, Tina can be found spending time with her daughter who is a busy competitive gymnast, walking her dogs, and enjoying a glass of California cab.
