About Todd Reed

Todd Reed brings more than 20 years of experience in law and real estate to his role as Managing Partner at The Agency Austin. Named among The Best Lawyers in America 2022 by peer-reviewed publication, Best Lawyers, Todd is a highly respected professional who has represented clients in a variety of real estate development and management transactions. An expert in his field, he provides valuable insight into financing, acquisition, disposition, development, management and leasing.

Todd graduated from Tulane University and achieved his law degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and Tulane University Law School. A multi-talented resource, he has experience in hotels, restaurants, multifamily and office properties. He has served as lead counsel on a diverse array of projects, including the site selection, acquisition and development of the first inland surf park in North America.

In his free time, Todd can be found with his two sons and wife, Laura. An avid runner, Todd is also a partner in The Loop Running Store in Downtown Austin and continues to train and compete in local road races.
