As an East Bay resident since 1982 and a U.C. Berkeley alumna and Phi Beta Kappa, Toni brings a unique perspective to her work in real estate. She also has over 15 years of experience in film and television production, advertising, and marketing, which she leverages to market properties effectively and creatively.

Toni Hanna brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her work in real estate. A So. Cal native with over 40 years of residency in the East Bay, she has a deep knowledge of the local real estate market and the communities she serves. In addition, she speaks fluent Spanish and basic Brazilian Portuguese, making her a trusted resource for clients with international backgrounds.

Before entering real estate, Toni had a successful career in marketing and advertising, which she draws upon in her work today. She also holds a GREEN designation from N.A.R., which enables her to advise clients on ecologically sustainable building practices. Toni is a member of various professional associations, including the California and National Associations of Realtors and the Berkeley Architectural Heritage Association; she is deeply committed to preserving the unique architectural heritage of her local community.

Toni’s life outside of real estate is filled with diverse interests and hobbies. She enjoys hiking the trails of the East Bay and Marin, with Point Reyes being a favorite destination.

Toni is also an avid gardener and loves learning about California native plants. In her free time, she is a passionate reader (particularly of non-fiction), and even acts in Shakespeare productions, having taken many acting classes at Berkeley Rep.

She is a devoted cat mom to Rosie and Julie and supports animal rescue organizations like the Berkeley Humane Society. Toni is involved with several charitable organizations, including Point Molate Alliance, Blue Frontier and Urban Tilth, which are all based in Richmond.
