A Utah native and local gay, Wyatt’s career has skyrocketed by referrals within the LGBTQ+ community. In just a few months of starting in the business, Wyatt became a top agent, and prior to joining The Agency Salt Lake City, he was chosen as one of Coldwell Banker's prestigious 30 Under 30- "Chosen from over 100,000 agents across 2700 offices in 39 countries agents below the age of 30 are recognized for their mark in real estate and achieved success in sales." He accredits this success to his passion for serving his community and the care and effort he puts into each transaction. To this day, around 80% of his past/present clientele identifies with the LGBTQ+ community, a stat that came sort of unintentionally, but is something he is very proud of as it’s an indication of Wyatt’s reputation within the LGBTQ+ community.
Before real estate Wyatt earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre from the University of Utah. Wyatt learned quickly that the skills he was taught for performance translated remarkably well to real estate. His ability to tell a compelling story and catch your attention has helped him market his properties successfully. He views each home as an audition; and his creativity, work ethic, and positive energy are what stands out among the crowd.
Wyatt’s husband Jackson owns the custom home architecture firm House Draft Studio. Because of this unique relationship, Wyatt has on-hand expert design advice from a professional designer of over 18 years. This has also led Wyatt to be uniquely skilled in working with vacant lots, a niche of the trade not commonly dealt with on the regular. His land expertise combined with his close relationships to custom builders and contractors allows Wyatt to confidently guide his clients through a new build process from start to finish.
In his free time Wyatt still takes performance contracts, is an amateur bodybuilder, avid baker, cat dad, and works on remodeling his 1968 mid-century modern home.
