Al comes to Streamlined Properties On-Market, brokered by eXp Realty, with nearly 20 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. After graduating from Manhattan College with a BS in Accounting in 2002, Al embarked on a successful career as the financial gatekeeper for some of the most well-known residential and commercial development projects in New York City. Al has taken his passion for real estate to the next level, by transitioning into a full-time career as a Real Estate Advisor, Agent, and Investor. When not out in the field, Al can be found spending time with his wife and three young sons, or manning the plate at his local Sunday softball league.
