Chanell is a first generation Caribbean-American. She grew up in humble beginnings, having lived in NYC Public Housing, but despite the odds, Chanell became the first person to graduate college in her family and went on to work with some of the most prestigious banks on Wall Street (American Express, Goldman Sachs, Barclays).

Chanell is a Financial Crimes Compliance Senior Manager in the Tech space, as well as a licensed real estate agent focused on first-time homebuyers. Chanell has a passion for real estate, and having purchased her first home during the pandemic in 2020, she hopes to support first-time buyers through the entire process. Chanell’s tenacity, relentlessness and compassion are her hallmarks as an agent, ensuring not only that all boxes are checked and accurate, but also serving as a support system for her clients during this new and rewarding journey.
