Professionally, Darcy worked as an Operations Manager for Amazon. Known as the leader who prioritized the people over the process, she became closely connected with her desire to develop others. Leading a team, she loved fostering relationships. With a growing interest in real estate, she transitioned into a Business Relationship Manager role at SL Green Realty, NYC's largest landlord of commercial real estate. Focused on business strategy and driving value results, she worked closely with senior management as liaison for the Information Technology and Operations Department.

Darcy takes pride in being a Jersey girl. She grew up in Bloomfield, NJ and has spent all of her summers at the Jersey Shore. She attended Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey, where she achieved a B.S. in Finance. Her passion is to travel, meeting new people and exploring new places.
