She has taken many old houses and thoughtfully transformed them from the ground up. This rehab experience can often give Erin's clients valuable information about the structural pros and cons of a particular property, as well as its potential in the future.

Erin was born and raised in Westwood, and currently resides in Pleasant Ridge with her husband, Blake, and son, Eli. She is very involved in her community. She currently serves as Vice President of the Pleasant Ridge Community Council, head of the Green Team at Pleasant Ridge Montessori and was the past president of PRM. She is active in sustainability efforts in the city, at school, in her office and neighborhood. Erin is licensed in Ohio and Kentucky.
