Gail is a native Houstonian, born and raised in Spring Branch and later lived in the Heights and in the Spring area. Attended high school at Westfield, and went on to graduate from the University of Houston. While in college, she was a member of The National Scholars Honor Society. Later attended Graduate School at The University of St. Thomas and The University of Texas Public Health School in the Texas Medical Center.

After college, Gail taught middle school history and later became a middle school administrator, serving as a Dean of Students, in Houston for a combined 12 years. She later obtained her real estate license realizing her special talent for residential real estate while assisting family and friends in finding their dream homes.

Serving and volunteering in the community remains paramount to Gail. She volunteered in India with the Maternal & Child Health Care Research Study in 2006 and received recognition from the city of Houston in the H1N1 Community Immunization effort in 2010. She continues local outreach activities, programs and events for families in low-income housing, through The Good Neighbor Program (affiliated with Portfolio Resident Services).

Gail's ability to understand unique needs of buyers and sellers and educate her clients with the selling and buying process gives her a unique edge. She tailors each seller's goals with a market plan designed specifically for them. Successful experience in commercial real estate along with residential real estate. Designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert, provides clients with confidence in listing and selling with Gail.
