I was born in Oxford, MS and attended The University of Mississippi, where I received my Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Social Work. For the next 10 years, I worked in the field of Social Work and this is where I developed my joy of working with people and developed the patience, care, ambition that is needed in this field.
I’m passionate, honest, authentic, high energy, and efficient and I always make my clients my number one priority. I am happily married to Reynard Pegues and we have one daughter who attends medical school at The University of Mississippi Medical Center School in Jackson MS.
I love giving back to the community in different ways. My love for the community inspired me to serve on several different boards in the Oxford area, the Salvation Army , affordable housing , and Vision 2037 for the city of Oxford. Over the years, I've served on the several local real estate boards (grievance, ethic and MLS).
I started my career in the real estate profession 20 years ago. My focus in the early years were mainly on residential properties and later I expanded into the commercial and land development. I've witnessed the growth and changes from bag,car phones to iPhone, Facebook, Twitter and other social media. I was instrumental in helping with the commercial development in one of the fastest growing areas in Oxford, home of Ole Miss.
