Jason balances extensive real estate market knowledge and expertise with personality and a fun-loving approach to provide his clients with a simply better buying and selling experience. His wit and charm are complimented by direct communication and a desire to help people.

Jason received his bachelor’s degree from Florida State in Finance and his MBA from the University of Central Florida. Real Estate has always been in Jason’s blood. One grandfather as a well-known home developer in central Florida and his other grandfather was one of the first to come out to Florida and start buying up all the real estate that eventually became Walt Disney World. Since then, his family has always been in the home developing and building industry.

With 4+ years’ experience in real estate Jason has the knowledge and experience to work with everyone form luxury home clients to investors looking to fix and flip as well as building spec homes. Jason was humbled to receive an invitation to co-author a real estate book in 2012 that ended up landing on the NY Times best seller list for real estate books.

Jason enjoys living a healthy lifestyle; early morning workouts, taking spin classes and practicing yoga.

Jason and his wife, Taylor, live in Scottsdale and are members of CCV church- Scottsdale. They enjoy giving back to their community and taking long walks with their two poodles, Cosy and Cali. They also enjoy fine wine as well as traveling; either to their favorite place in Maui or weekend trips up to Sedona.
