Some people relish in their work routine. It gives them control and limits the chances for surprises or changes. For most real estate agents, though, doing something new every day and facing new challenges are part of the fun of being an agent. My real estate career has allowed me the opportunity to do more of what I love which is discovering the world!

I grew up in New York, where I began my professional career in the areas of licensing, international sales and marketing in New York City’s garment center- working for major fashion brand labels. I lived and traveled throughout Europe, prior to establishing myself in the Dominican Republic in 2004- where I co-founded Punta Cana Lifestyle Real Estate, establishing myself as one of the leading agents in the highly competitive Dominican property market, delivering high-quality service to developers, property managers, ex-pats, snowbirds, and locals alike. This international exposure gave me invaluable people skills for working with a diverse clientele.

Why the move to PuertoRico?
My husband and I wanted to secure a home in the U.S. and live in a place that assured us the security most underdeveloped countries do not- but we also wanted to continue having a laid-back lifestyle. I also wanted to enjoy yearlong warm weather and continue working in real estate. Puerto Rico fit the bill!

If you’re looking for the comforts of home—quality housing, fine dining, recreational opportunities, and more—Puerto Rico offers them. You’ll find plenty of great places to live and do business. From the California-style beach town of Rincon to historical Old San Juan, Puerto Rico offers a variety of excellent cities to suit almost any taste.

Puerto Rico is a combination of history, diverse culture and heritage. Full of beautifull landscapes, warm people, fascinating attractions and intriguing cities- and because Puerto Rico is a commonwealth of the United States, there are no restrictions on Americans acquiring property on the island. Another advantage: U.S. citizens don’t have to go through customs when traveling between Puerto Rico and the U.S. mainland – a big-time saver.

Here is a list of my personal reasons to have moved to the island:
-Amazing weather!
-Real estate and cost of living is affordable.
-It's a place where the money we spend matters and contributes to an economy that needs it.
-Cell reception and internet are rock solid (when no hurricanes are nearby).
-My family lives here.

What can I do for you?
I work with clients to enhance all property-related marketing, using the latest Internet marketing tools to expose property listings to the widest possible range of qualified buyers.

As a REALTOR® I am committed to the higher standards proclaimed by the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, and unlike many island agents, I will collaborate with other agents to find you your dream home in the Caribbean.

Professional Memberships and Community Work
Making time to 'give back' to my community is important to me, so I support a number of local charitable institutions and community events, and I am committed to the idea that doing business in the community means holding yourself to the highest ethical standards.

I am a member of Giveback Homes, and a member of REALTOR® International, Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and a CREA Global Affiliate.
